It will not send out the emails to initially generate the secret Santa picks. I tried to send an email to the provider and my email bounced back. Look for another app

I wanted an app instead of website to use for a group that couldnt all come together. This app never sent the email, not in junk folder either. I emailed support but they hadnt got back to me after 24 hours. When we tried a different app we received the emails automatically. Dont waste your time downloading this.

The idea of it was great however after trying multiple times it failed to work. Nobody received an email!!!

Is just sent the secret santa to the first name on the list. I gave it a try three times and nothing.

I was reading some of the reviews on it and was sensing a negative vibe. But, I downloaded anyway, and it worked great! Its difficult for my family and I to get together and we somehow always forget to pick secret Santa on Thanksgiving. Since we live far away from each other, this app was great for us to pick names without having to be in the same place! The only thing is it goes to your spam/junk mail sometimes. Make sure u check that!

How did Grant SUTCLIFFE join my group as a host?

Easy & simple to use. Great for when its hard to get people together to draw names!!!

I really wanted this app to work. It is a great concept, but lots of things are wrong with it. And Grant Sutcliffe shows up as a host in my group! I tried to delete him and even others I invited but you cant. People I invited are getting odd messages, saying they are a host. If you do it through Facebook it goes to all of your fb friends. I dont want all of my friends to join my Secret Santa group! What am I doing wrong Grant Sutcliffe? And please, get out of my group. We wont be including you in our gift exchange.

My family lives in different states so having the drawing through the app seems like the perfect solution. However, it would be nice if we could set up rules on who not to get paired with, for example spouses. If the change that I would give it 5 stars.

This app used to be simple and worked great. Simply put in names & emails and bam auto secret santa! The creator has turned it into some kind of social media group thing. Im not asking my family to download this app to participate. Will find something else. If you have to old version, DONT UPDATE!!!

Simple and easy to use.

The only thing I would add is the ability to add people who dont have a smart phone but do have an email address. Great app, worked perfectly and it was free! Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Im using this for all my friends a group of 21 people. And it keeps taking people out, and deleting people accounts which messes the whole thing up.

The app worked perfectly. Everyone I sent the link to were able to easily download the app and join the group I created. Fast, simple and easy to use. I had no problems.

This app worked great for me and my friends! It was perfect because were never able for us to all get together, so it was very convenient to be able to pick names for our Secret Santa off of our phones.

Nothing bad - easy to setup and exchange. Definitely will be using again

Ok app to just choose names, but NEEDS to have option to add gift his/her choices/options of gifts.
